Ventricular Activation time in Normal Korean

Abstract
Venrticular activation, time and amplitude in 200 cases of normal persons (100 males, 100 females) were studied.
1) In sex, there was no difference statistically in right and left ventricular activation time.
-2) Mean right ventricular activation time was 0.017(0.0100.028) sec. in V 1 and mean left ventricular activation time was 0.036(0.0200.048) sec. in V s, i n 1 0.038(0.022-0.048) sec. in V6.
3) Mean amplitude of left . ventricular leads was 15.7(4.528.0) mm in RV5, 11.8(4.025. 5) mm in RVs, and 25.3 mm(10. 541. 5)mm in total ventricular potential.
4) It revealed reasonable to take 33 mm. in RV5 and 26 mm. in R,6$ in determining the normal upper limit of left ventricular potential.
5) Right ventricular activation time was less than 0.025 sec. in 95% of normals in V 1 and left ventricular activation time was less than 0,045 sec. in 95% of normals in V5 and 98% in V6.
